The face (and nose) behind The Dog Edit
Murphy is an adolescent Cavapoo — very much still a work in progress. Friendly, curious, and LOVES people and other dogs... sometimes a little too much.

Training is ongoing. Recall is selective. If there is a distraction? Candice no longer exists.

Which is exactly why this page exists.
Why The Dog Edit exists
Finding places labelled "dog friendly" is easy. Understanding what those places are REALLY like for your individual dog is much harder.
Some dogs want busy cafes and fuss. Others need space and quieter adventures. Murphy very much needs the latter — which is why a lot of places that say "dogs welcome" do not quite work in practice.

Murphy visits somewhere new most weeks, and most of it goes straight up as its own listing. But every so often we stop and ask ourselves a different question — not "is this good enough to include," but "is this one of the ones we'd actually go back to." That's what an Edit is.
