## About
Murphy has worn this collar for almost a year now and, despite his best efforts to drag it through mud, puddles and woodland, it still looks fantastic.

Some dog gear looks great on day one but quickly starts to show signs of wear. The Bully Billows Combat Collar has been the complete opposite.

Murphy has worn this as his everyday collar through woodland adventures, café visits, holidays and countless muddy walks. Months later, it still looks remarkably smart and feels every bit as solid as the day we bought it.

It strikes a lovely balance between being incredibly robust while still being comfortable enough for daily use.

💪 Built to Last

Everything about this collar feels premium. The stitching is excellent, the hardware feels reassuringly solid and nothing about it feels cheap. Despite being soaked, covered in mud and generally subjected to everything Murphy can throw at it, it's held up brilliantly.

😊 Comfortable Enough for Everyday Wear

The neoprene lining makes a real difference. It sits comfortably around Murphy's neck and we've never noticed any rubbing or irritation, even after longer walks.

✋ The Grab Handle

At first, I wasn't convinced I'd ever use the handle.

Turns out it's incredibly useful.

Murphy occasionally decides that lying down in the middle of the road is an excellent life choice. Rather than trying to persuade 18kg of determined Cavapoo to move, the handle lets me safely and quickly get him moving again before the traffic starts wondering what on earth we're doing.

It's also reassuring whenever you need a little extra control in busy places or around livestock.

Any Downsides?

Very few.

Because it's built to be tough, it's naturally a little chunkier than a lightweight nylon collar. If you're after the absolute lightest collar possible, this probably isn't it.

For us, the extra durability is well worth the slight increase in weight.

This is one of those products we've quietly stopped thinking about... because it just works.

Sometimes that's the highest compliment you can give dog gear.

Murphy wears it every day, it still looks fantastic, it's comfortable, incredibly well made and has already survived more adventures than most collars ever will.

If we were buying again tomorrow, we'd choose exactly the same one.

## Murphy's Verdict
*Reviewed by Murphy, Cavapoo and chief sniff tester at Murphy & Me — The Dog Edit*
> "The neoprene bit is soft. The handle means Mum can politely remind me that sitting in the middle of the road isn't actually a power move. And despite my very thorough field testing — which has included mud, streams, and at least one incident involving a particularly sticky puddle — it still looks suspiciously new.

I don't understand how, but I respect it.

Would wear again. Actually, I am wearing it right now 🐾"
## Highlights
- Neoprene lining makes it comfortable for everyday wear
- Grab handle is genuinely useful for road safety and close control
- Still looks smart after months of mud, water and woodland adventures
- A little chunkier than ultra-lightweight collars — worth knowing if weight is a priority
